U16-U18 Summer High Performance Hockey Training
We are excited to announce our Spring and Summer High Performance Program! Based on feedback from last year, we have designed a plan that provides consistent training both in the gym and on the ice throughout the off-season.
Below is a breakdown of the program structure. These sessions will focus on strength, speed, movement quality, and on-ice development as athletes prepare for the upcoming season.
All on-ice sessions will take place at Ted Reeve Arena and will be led by Colin Chaulk and Mike Hollander. Gym training will be held at Zone X (Monarch Park at Coxwell and Gerrard) and led by Michael Morgan (Morgy).
This progressive, two-phase program will be a combination of athletic-development training and ON-ICE development.
As our players get older, the next step for them is off-ice training, injury prevention and targeting specific on-ice development to work on in the off-season.
